Cancellation Policy
1. Rescheduling Policy • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a session without incurring additional fees. • Rescheduling Fee: If the notice period is not met, a rescheduling fee of £50 will apply. • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability. The photographer will offer alternative dates, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cancellation Policy • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the session within 7 days of the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee will apply. • Photographer Cancellation: If the photographer needs to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. 3. Force Majeure • Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies. 4. Payment Terms • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure the booking. • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or upon delivery of the final images, whichever comes first. 5. Copyright and Usage • The photographer retains the copyright of all images. Clients are granted a license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Commercial use of the images by the client is prohibited unless a separate agreement is made. 6. Image Delivery • Turnaround Time: Final edited images will be delivered within 72 hours of the session date. • Delivery Method: Images will be delivered via an Google/iCloud Drive link or USB drive, as agreed upon at the time of booking. 7. Model Release • The client grants the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer’s website, social media, and portfolio. 8. Liability • The photographer is not liable for any loss or damage to the images once they have been delivered to the client. • In the unlikely event of a technical failure or other unforeseen issue, the photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
