Service Description
- 30 Dishes Capture + Retouch - Each dish is presented in 2-3 different versions for you to choose from - Included colour grading, photo editing, and retouching to ensure your images in professional quality. - Wealth of experience from over 500+ photo-shootings for Ubereat and Justeat After booking via our website: 1. The customer will receive our invoice and booking confirmation by email. 2. Our photographer will contact you individually to double confirm the date, time, location, alternative plan, go through our terms and conditions, extra cost(if it’s applied) and any bespoke requirement. 3. Our photographer will provide styling advice to ensure the photos fit your needs During Shooting: 1. We usually arrive 15 minutes early for our photographer assistant to setup the backdrop, decorate the designed area, lighting setup, etc… 2. Our photographer will take photos of a dish in 3 different angles 3. After shooting of all require dishes, our photographer will let you pick photos for this package. After Shooting: 1. Our photographer will fine-tune the chosen photo to make it looks even better. 2. Customer will have up to 3 times adjustment of each package. 3. Generally, You will receive your final product in 72hrs after the shooting day.
Cancellation Policy
1. Rescheduling Policy • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a session without incurring additional fees. • Rescheduling Fee: If the notice period is not met, a rescheduling fee of £50 will apply. • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability. The photographer will offer alternative dates, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cancellation Policy • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the session within 7 days of the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee will apply. • Photographer Cancellation: If the photographer needs to cancel, a full refund will be provided, or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. 3. Force Majeure • Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies. 4. Payment Terms • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure the booking. • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or upon delivery of the final images, whichever comes first. 5. Copyright and Usage • The photographer retains the copyright of all images. Clients are granted a license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Commercial use of the images by the client is prohibited unless a separate agreement is made. 6. Image Delivery • Turnaround Time: Final edited images will be delivered within 72 hours of the session date. • Delivery Method: Images will be delivered via an Google/iCloud Drive link or USB drive, as agreed upon at the time of booking. 7. Model Release • The client grants the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer’s website, social media, and portfolio. 8. Liability • The photographer is not liable for any loss or damage to the images once they have been delivered to the client. • In the unlikely event of a technical failure or other unforeseen issue, the photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
